Our LTZD profiles are precision cold roll-formed sections designed specifically for fabricating steel doors, windows, grilles, gates and railings. Developed for durable, low-cost building fabrication, steel framing replaces traditional timber — eliminating warping and reducing site fabrication time.

The range includes L-section (L-40, L-48, L-55), T-section (T-48, T-60), Z-section (Z-48, Z-60) and D-section (D-60) profiles in thicknesses from 0.70 mm to 1.20 mm. The shape code carries the nominal size, and A, B, C and D dimensions in the table below show the exact profile dimensions fabricators jig against.

Every thickness is listed on its own line below with running weight, bundle count and bundle weight. Every bundle is tagged with a guaranteed section count.
